Job Description & Overview
Free-Work accompagne ses clients dans la sécurisation des infrastructures et recherche un profil d’Assistance à Maîtrise d’oeuvre. Vous interviendrez au sein d’une équipe, encadré par un MOE, et collaborerez avec la TMA pour assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications.
Vous analyserez et traiterez les anomalies fonctionnelles, assurerez le suivi des fiches Mantis (évolutions, anomalies, assistances) et deviendrez le référent technique de l’application, avec reporting MCO et
