Location: Avonmouth

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Are you an organised Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a growing engineering and service organisation based in Avonmouth.

This is a challenging, varied and rewarding role where you'll take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring everything is delivered smoothly, on time and within budget.

Working closely with internal operations, engineering and service teams, you'll be responsible for coordinating all project logistics, travel arrangements, freight forwarding, customer communication and administration from project kick-off through to completion.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be planning international travel and shipments weeks in advance, the next you'll be solving last-minute logistical challenges to keep a project on track.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from initial handover through to successful completion

Arrange domestic and international travel for engineers and service teams

Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure equipment and personnel arrive on time

Source suppliers and service providers, obtain quotations and negotiate rates

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Prepare project documentation, including RAMS and associated paperwork

Process project invoicing and ensure all costs are accurately recorded

Support visa applications and travel documentation

Monitor project budgets, timescales and deliverables

Resolve issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on schedule

Provide general operational and administrative support where required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role

Experience dealing with freight forwarders and transport providers

Strong organisational and planning skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience

Confidence working under pressure and handling urgent situations

Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
