<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ethero is recruiting a Temporary Project Coordinator on behalf of an established international equipment rental business based at its distribution hub in Uttoxeter.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a busy, hands-on coordination role supporting a major seasonal project over the Christmas period. You will work closely with drivers, third-party providers and internal teams to help ensure deliveries and collections run smoothly and on time. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be doing </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, drivers and contractors regarding deliveries and collections. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Respond to live operational challenges and help coordinate practical solutions. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure delivery and collection debriefs are completed and accurately documented. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Escalate issues promptly and follow them through to resolution with the relevant departments. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Update and maintain information within Microsoft Business Central, with full training provided. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain project spreadsheets and accurate operational records. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor internal communication channels and escalate delivery issues where required. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager and wider project team. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide out-of-hours support when needed during key stages of project delivery. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake some weekend remote monitoring of deliveries and collections when required. What we are looking for </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing work accurately. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to remain calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive, conscientious and analytical approach. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly when circumstances change. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good computer skills, including proven experience using Microsoft Office. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your own reliable mode of transport, as public transport to the site is very limited. Working pattern </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a full-time temporary position supporting a major Christmas project. Flexibility is essential, as the role may include some out-of-hours work and occasional weekend remote monitoring to support deliveries and collections. </p>
