ARAGOR recherche un/une Juriste en droit des sociétés pour un remplacement de congé maternité. Le poste est basé à Gap ou La Fare-en-Champsaur et s’étend de mi-décembre 2026 à fin juin 2027, avec 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
Vous interviendrez de façon autonome sur un portefeuille clients varié et contribuerez aux missions: secrétariat juridique courant, modification de statuts, constitution et liquidation de sociétés, rédaction de baux et conventions, suivi des formalités et
