Quality & Technical Administrator

Located just outside Stratford Upon Avon, our production facility is dedicated to delivering sustainable products sourced from UK-grown, farm-assured rapeseed, supporting and championing UK farmers. Our site is one of the most energy-efficient producers in the UK oilseed sector, producing sustainable, high-quality animal feed and food-grade vegetable oil.

We are seeking a Quality and Technical Administrator to provide office and quality support across laboratory, production, logistics, and compliance activities.

You’ll maintain accurate records (electronic & paper), support stock/inventory updates and variance checks, handle customer and supplier enquiries, and help ensure documentation for food safety/feed safety/traceability, and audits is always up to date.

Key

requirements: strong organisation and attention to detail, excellent communication, confident MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams), strong data entry/record keeping, proactive problem-solving, and a full UK driving licence.

Science background advantageous; ERP/document systems experience beneficial.
