Job Description & Overview
SOLIHA Métropole Nord recherche un responsable RH pour définir et piloter la politique RH et l’expérience collaborateur, en lien avec les directions opérationnelles. Vous supervisez le service paie et assurez le bon fonctionnement du SIRH, avec un accent sur le développement des compétences et le bien-être au travail.
Profil requis: master RH et au moins 3 ans d’expérience en RH, maîtrise du Pack Office et de la rédaction, sens de l’organisation et appétence pour le domaine social.
