Reach Truck FLT Driver - D2 Licence Required

Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Pay Rate: £14.86 - £15.86 per hour, depending on shift and FLT assessment
Shifts: Monday to Friday
AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Reach Truck FLT Drivers Required - Brackmills

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.

Candidates must hold a valid Reach Truck D2 licence and have previous Reach Truck operating experience.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Reach Truck Drivers looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, consistent Monday to Friday shifts and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Please note: A Reach Truck D2 licence is required for this role. Candidates without a Reach Truck D2 licence will not be suitable.

The Role

As a Reach Truck FLT Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

• Moving stock to and from warehouse racking locations

• Replenishing pick locations

• Putting away and retrieving stock accurately

• Supporting loading and unloading deliveries

• Completing stock movements using warehouse systems

• Carrying out general warehouse duties when required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a busy warehouse team

What Were Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Reach Truck D2 licence

• Have previous Reach Truck operating experience

• Have previous warehouse experience

• Are confident working around racking and warehouse stock locations

• Have good attention to detail and accuracy

• Are reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Are looking for long-term temp-to-perm work

Pay Rates

Warehouse Operative Rate - Before Assessment

• AM Shift, 6:00am - 2:00pm: £13.99 per hour

• PM Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm: £14.99 per hour

FLT Rate - Following Successful Assessment

• AM Shift, 6:00am - 2:00pm: £14.86 per hour

• PM Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm: £15.86 per hour
