<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift: Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 (37.5 hours per week)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay: £14.64</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime rate: £16.74 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract: Temp to perm after 3 months</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Required: Valid Reach Truck licence (D2 category) (Can be in house) - Reach Truck & Counterbalance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative, you'll work within the Warehouse Team to ensure the efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock. You will support goods in/out and order picking to deadlines while maintaining high service standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Please note:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a freezer environment and temperatures can be as low as -15°C (and may be colder).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick, collate and despatch orders accurately to customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Check inbound goods against delivery notes for accuracy and damage</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately record stock movements and book in stock on time</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Place/pick stock from correct locations to maintain traceability</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load/unload vehicles safely and diligently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate MHE as required and complete daily safety checks thoroughly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with regular and spot stock takes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean and tidy work environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Adhere to Health, Safety and Hygiene policies at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow quarantine and non-conformance procedures as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid MHE licence (D2 category) - Reach Truck & Counterbalance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse/operative experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working in a freezer environment (up to -25°C)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and numeracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic computer skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit (manual handling/heavy goods)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Team player with a proactive "can do" attitude</p>
