<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Milton Keynes team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an opportunity for someone who understands the driving and logistics market, thrives on building relationships and wants to take ownership of a successful recruitment desk.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own client and candidate portfolio, specialising in the recruitment of drivers across temporary, contract and permanent positions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships and building a reliable network of high-quality driving candidates.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">From speaking with Transport Managers and Fleet Operators to sourcing Class 1, Class 2 and multi-drop drivers, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients who need the right people, at the right time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll have the freedom to develop your market, backed by the infrastructure, reputation and support of an established recruitment business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop and maintain strong relationships with haulage, logistics and transport companies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify new business opportunities and actively grow your client portfolio.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Source, interview and qualify drivers across your specialist market.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build and maintain a strong network of reliable, licensed drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain regular contact with placed candidates and clients to ensure strong ongoing relationships.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work towards and exceed weekly and monthly activity and billing targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for someone who knows that successful recruitment is built on relationships, reputation and results.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally, you'll have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven recruitment experience, preferably within driving, logistics, transport or a related sector.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A strong understanding of the driving/logistics recruitment market.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within temporary, contract or permanent recruitment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The confidence to speak with drivers and decision-makers at all levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong business development and relationship-building skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation abilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A commercially focused and target-driven mindset.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The resilience and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive approach to developing new clients and opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence is preferred.</p>
