As a Delivery Consultant,

you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and delivering high-quality candidates for our clients, while developing your own knowledge, relationships and commercial skills.

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant,

you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Construction recruitment campaigns and building a strong network of candidates.

Sourcing suitable candidates for Construction vacancies

Using job boards, databases and social media to identify potential candidates

Speaking with candidates and building strong professional relationships

Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and availability

Maintaining and developing a strong candidate database

Matching candidates to suitable vacancies

Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and client

requirements

Helping to arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process

Developing a strong understanding of the Construction recruitment market

Working towards individual targets and KPIs

Developing your skills and progressing towards a Recruitment Consultant role

About You

Previous recruitment experience is not required.

We are looking for someone who is:
