Nu Staff are recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join a growing recycling facility based in Caerphilly . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is physically fit, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on industrial environment.

You'll be responsible for sorting, preparing, and dismantling fire extinguishers as part of the recycling process.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday:

• Mornings: 06.00am - 14.00pm
• Days: 10.00am - 18.00pm

(Rotating weekly)

Pay Rate:
£13.46 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and grouping fire extinguishers into categories
• Setting up extinguishers to be safely drained
• Preparing units for dismantling and recycling
• Using hand tools (including hammers) to dismantle components
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Comfortable working in an industrial/recycling environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous experience in recycling, labouring, or warehouse work is an advantage but not essential
• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude

Location:
Caerphilly - must be able to commute reliably
