<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is currently hiring Refuse & Recycling Drivers to join our hardworking and dedicated waste services team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Refuse Driver, you'll play a vital part in keeping Bridgwater clean, safe, and environmentally responsible. Your duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving a refuse vehicle across designated routes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading wheelie bins and refuse sacks into the collection vehicle</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performing curbside collections of general waste, recycling, food waste, and green waste</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with bin deliveries, litter picking, and occasional street cleaning</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working in all weather conditions and covering long distances on foot each shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a physically demanding job that requires stamina, resilience, and a strong work ethic.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence (HGV preferred)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good team spirit and ability to work independently when needed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit - walking, lifting, and bending are part of your daily duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive, can-do attitude</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions</p>
