Job Description & Overview
RTB House is seeking a Platform Engineering Team Lead to own the platform layer of the Bidding Platform. You will guide deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure decisions to ensure reliability and scalability across a high‑volume environment.
You will mentor 8–10 engineers, define the platform roadmap, and drive self‑service capabilities with clear usage contracts. Strong leadership and deep systems knowledge are essential.
