Senior Site Manager – Barnstaple

£70,000–£75,000 + Package | Permanent

An established housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a multi-phased timber-frame residential development in Barnstaple.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a multi-phase housing development
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and trades
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and build standards
• Liaise with NHBC and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Coordinate with commercial and technical teams
• Monitor progress, snagging and handover
• Ensure the development is delivered safely, on time and to specification

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager within residential housebuilding
• Strong timber-frame construction experience desirable
• Good understanding of NHBC

requirements and liaison

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality and health & safety
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work required

Salary up to £75,000 + package. Permanent position based in Barnstaple.
