About the Role:

Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are recruiting dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants across North London to step into 1:1 and small group support roles within mainstream academies and specialised alternative provisions.

• Assist the classroom teacher by adapting learning materials to make them accessible.
• Foster an inclusive environment where students feel confident and supported.

Why Join Us?

• Secure consistent, meaningful work in local North London schools.
• Free permanent transition opportunities after 12 weeks.
• Dedicated support from an education recruitment desk that understands SEND.

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting children or adults with SEND (mainstream, care, or special school settings).
• Certifications or training like Team-Teach, Makaton, PECS, or ADHD awareness are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check clear for working with children.
