Senior Building Surveyor

The role combines professional building surveying services, project delivery, client management and mentoring responsibilities across commercial property portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead dilapidations, technical due diligence and professional surveying instructions
• Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through to completion
• Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer's Agent
• Develop and maintain key client relationships
• Mentor Graduate and Chartered Building Surveyors

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS qualified
• Consultancy-based commercial building surveying experience
• Experience delivering dilapidations and technical due diligence instructions
• Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Salary & Package

• £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
• Annual bonus of up to 14%
