Senior Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The role covers commercial building surveying, project delivery and asset management services for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and building surveying instructions.
• Deliver commercial building surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence and party wall advice.
• Manage refurbishment, fit-out and remedial projects from feasibility through completion.
• Administer JCT or NEC contracts and prepare planned maintenance programmes.
• Support future workstreams through established client relationships.

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status or MCIOB professional membership.
• Commercial building surveying and technical reporting experience.
• Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent experience under JCT or NEC contracts.
• Knowledge of construction methods, procurement, tendering and contractual approaches.
• Practical AutoCAD experience.

Salary & Package

• £60,000 - £70,000 salary plus bonus.
