Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Liaison Practitioner at Band 7 to join a multidisciplinary team across the hospital sites. You will assess complex cases, provide psychosocial assessments and liaison with general hospital staff to plan safe, effective care for patients with mental health needs.
Working within a 7-day service, including nights, you will prioritise emergencies in the Emergency Department and support ward-based care, education, risk management
