Job Description & Overview
BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the HS2 Track project. You will lead commercial activities, manage subcontract accounts, and support the Commercial Manager, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.
Based near Euston for initial 2 years, with potential to work from other project offices; you’ll work within NEC3/NEC4 frameworks, coordinating with project teams to maximise commercial entitlement and KPI achievement.
