The Warrington office is home to the commercial team and senior leadership, offering a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Managers and Building Surveyors.

DefenceThe Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

You'll take ownership of projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including:

Cost planning and estimating

Procurement and tender management

Cost reporting and financial control

Contract administration

Managing valuations and variations

Working directly with clients, consultants and contractors

Building long term client relationships and supporting business development activitiesAs you become established within the business, you'll be encouraged to attend networking events, strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy.

We're interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from both consultancy and contractor backgrounds, although previous consultancy experience would be advantageous.

You'll ideally have:

Experience delivering construction projects from pre-construction through to completion

Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills

Confidence working directly with clients and project teams

The ability to manage your own workload and projects

A proactive and personable approach with excellent communication skillsMRICS is not essential, and full APC support is available for those wishing to achieve chartership.
