FJN Solutions is seeking an experienced Risk Officer to join its UK risk function. Operating as a second‑line partner, you will guide first‑line teams, challenge risk owners, and embed risk management across the business within the Three Lines of Defence.
You will develop risk profiles, oversee loss event management, coordinate RCA, and produce oversight reporting for senior management, ensuring regulatory alignment with FCA/PRA requirements and clear, actionable insights.
