Shipping Coordinator
Job Description & Overview
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area.
Duties:-
- Data input from daily sheets
- Liaising with customers via email & phone
- Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports)
- Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland
- Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse
- Completing jobs ready for despatch
- Booking transport for third party deliveries
- Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels.
Required Experience:-
- Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge
- Good customer service skills
