<p class="text-muted mb-3">Join a Modern, Fast-Growing E-commerce Operation ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Sortation Operative to join our client's growing e-commerce operation in Milton Keynes, MK17.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, modern warehouse where automation and technology play a key role in supporting the parcel sortation process. You'll work alongside automated systems designed to help parcels move efficiently through the operation, making this a great environment for anyone interested in working within a fast-paced, technology-led logistics business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No previous warehouse experience is needed. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so whether you're experienced in logistics or looking for your first warehouse role, we'd love to hear from you.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">With the operation continuing to grow, there are also opportunities to develop your skills, progress and potentially secure a permanent position.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing: As a Sortation Operative, you'll play an important part in keeping parcels moving through the warehouse accurately and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your duties may include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sorting parcels and products through the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working alongside automated sortation equipment and systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Scanning parcels and directing them to the correct locations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving and processing incoming stock</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving goods safely around the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking items and maintaining a high level of accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working towards daily productivity and performance targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting colleagues across the wider warehouse operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety proceduresThe role involves a mixture of lighter and heavier items, with some goods weighing up to 15kg.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Times Available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We currently have the following shifts available:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day Shift: 07:30 – 18:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night Shift: 18:00 – 05:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll work:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Any 4 days out of 7</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekend availability is requiredThis gives you four working days followed by three days away from work each week, depending on your rota.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For in a Sortation Operative</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible to work across a 7-day operation, including weekends</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to follow processes and work accurately</p>
