• Delivering tailored learning sessions based on each learner's individual needs and abilities.
• Supporting learners to develop their academic skills, confidence and independence.
• Creating a positive, encouraging and engaging learning environment.
• Adapting teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Working flexibly to help learners make meaningful progress as a Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor .

• Previous experience tutoring, teaching or working in an educational setting.
• A patient, empathetic and supportive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to individual learning needs and build positive relationships.
• A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed.

Experience as a Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor , or in a similar educational support role, would be valuable.
