<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an inventory professional with leadership experience to take ownership of stock accuracy, inventory processes and warehouse administration within a fast-paced distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Opportunity</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As Stock Control Manager, you'll lead the inventory function, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient warehouse processes and excellent customer service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and operational teams, you'll use data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement while leading and developing a high-performing Stock Control team.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities of a Stock Control Manager</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce and analyse stock reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop and maintain effective inventory control procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with operational teams to support efficient warehouse performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, coach and develop the Stock Control team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure warehouse procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete inventory reporting and quality documentation accurately and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment who enjoys leading teams and improving processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in Stock Control or Inventory Management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous people management experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisational and communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.What's on Offer?</p>
