<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting a Stock Control Operative in Banbury, to carry out all aspects of warehouse duties as required, taking care to avoid damage to the stock and the warehouse premises.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">07:00-15:00 shift available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">15:00 - 23:00 shifts available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Goods In - Unload trailers or containers, ensuring stock is correct, undamaged, and palletised correctly. Details to be accurately recorded and receipted into the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Picking - Efficiently assemble loads without error using the RF equipment provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Accept and achieve regularly revised and high pick rates</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Replenishment - Ensure daily replenishment of picking locations within the time scales allocated. The use of MHE may be required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ensure that all stock is safely stored in an assigned location</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Loading - Ensure that all loads agree with transport paperwork and are loaded on time, stacked in the correct sequence, and are configured and restrained correctly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ensure all customer's queries are being answered.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ensure all stock control tasks and spreadsheets are up to date.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain good time keeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a good standard of housekeeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure that personal presentation (appearance & manner) meets the</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements of the job function.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks.</p>
