Stock Controller

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Senior Salmon are working with a local employer who are looking to add a permanent Stock Controller to their team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsible for ensuring the safe transport of quality product from the manufacturing lines into the designated locations within the stockyard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Summary</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Work towards the businesses Health and Safety goals</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Responsible for ensuring daily checks are carried out on MHE equipment in accordance with site training</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Making space within the stockyard for products and ensuring all storage and loading is undertaken safely,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Ensure stock is receipted accurately, having an eye for detail is key.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Have computer knowledge, the ability to work across multiple screens to check ERP systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Load/transport pallets of into the stockyard/onto vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Excellent safety awareness is essential with willingness to receive training in legislation and auditing as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Counterbalance, Side loader or Combi trained with current licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Experience of working within a similar environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Good numerical ability, with good computer skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Good communication and interpersonal skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Experience of MRP / Stock Control Systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Willingness and ability to cover other general duties</p>
