<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role & Responsibilities</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">This is a hands on, floor-based role, supporting the day to day operation of busy Central Stores. Key responsibilities will include</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receive supplier deliveries, ensuring items are in suitable condition and accurately match the relevant packing list and/or purchase order.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out the inspection, labelling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing and disposal of inventory.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete cycle counts and support activities to maintain accurate inventory records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure outgoing materials are appropriately packed and accompanied by the correct and complete documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain organised and accurate storage locations to support efficient material handling and stock control.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment following completion of the required training and certification.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the wider Materials team with general stores and inventory activities as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> Operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment upon completion of training and certification.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Perform other duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy, operational warehouse environment. Attention to detail and being a strong team player are important aspects of the role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Rate: £15 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working hours start and finish: 37.5 hours. 8am – 4pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Duration: 6 months with possilbility to be extended</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime: applicable</p>
