A Supply Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Supply Teacher position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Supply Teacher your duties will include but not be limited to:

Covering different subject lessons and ensuring lesson objectives are met

Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promoting positive behaviour across the class

Working alongside other members of the team and providing them with relevant updates on completed work

The rates of pay for this Supply Teacher post will be between £125 and £150 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Mixed Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old located in the London Borough of Bexley.

It was established in 2002 and currently has over 1400 pupils on enrolment.

Sports & Health is the school's specialism and as such, significant importance is placed on Physical, Mental and Social Wellbeing.

Based on past exam results the school is placed in the top 18% of schools nationally.

The local community has also provided positive feedback towards the pupils saying they are very well mannered and behaved.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you recently qualified as a Supply Teacher or are an experienced Supply Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Supply Teacher or overseas trained Supply Teacher.

UK QTS

Right to work in the UK

Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS

Experience as a Supply Teacher in UK schools
