Discovery, part of Dimensions, is recruiting a Supported Employment Coordinator based in Frome. You will work with individuals with learning disabilities and autism to help them gain and sustain paid employment, coordinating with the Supported Employment Team and managing your own diary in the community.
The role requires liaising with families, engaging with employers, and understanding local needs. Interviews are face-to-face in Frome on 3 November.
