Systems Support & EDI Analyst

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Summary:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a Systems Support & EDI Analyst to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting business-critical systems, managing EDI integrations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across the organisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of the business, working closely with IT, operations, external suppliers and trading partners to ensure systems, integrations and data flows operate effectively. You will provide day-to-day support across key business applications, investigating issues, carrying out root-cause analysis and coordinating solutions. You will also take ownership of existing EDI integrations, helping to implement new interfaces and ensuring data is transmitted accurately and reliably. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual intervention and make better use of technology across the business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide day-to-day support for business-critical applications and systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigate system issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage user access, permissions and system configurations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support system upgrades, testing, patches and change deployments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as a key point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting and user support.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor and maintain existing EDI transactions, interfaces and integrations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the implementation of new EDI integrations with customers, suppliers and third parties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigate EDI errors, transmission failures and data discrepancies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with internal teams, vendors and trading partners to resolve integration issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain clear and comprehensive systems, EDI and process documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support data cleansing, migrations, imports, exports and transformations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain product and SKU master data across business systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce reports and data extracts to support operational and strategic decisions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify recurring data-quality issues and implement sustainable improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Look for opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce manual activity.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience investigating and resolving technical, system and data issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
