We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary SEN school in the Swanley area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with additional needs in a structured and supportive environment.

You will be supporting students with:

• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
• ADHD
• MLD & associated learning needs
• Challenging behaviours

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Be calm, patient and resilient
• Build strong, positive relationships with students
• Work effectively as part of a team
