<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to work between 6:00am and 6:00pm as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced logistics operation in BD6.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with warehouse supervisory experience to lead a team across goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service standards. You will lead by example, support and develop your team, and help ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead and supervise warehouse operatives across all operational areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organise and allocate daily workloads to achieve productivity and service targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure stock integrity through accurate receipt, storage, picking and dispatch processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage staffing levels, including agency workers, holiday cover and absence management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor daily warehouse performance against SLAs and KPIs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver team briefings, training and performance coaching.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain excellent health and safety standards throughout the warehouse.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Promote a positive, productive and customer-focused working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operative.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and people management skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and organisational abilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commitment to health and safety and operational excellence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">First Aid qualification.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fire Marshal training.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">SESS (Racking Inspection) qualification.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within logistics, distribution or contract warehousing environments.</p>
