<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re recruiting for a confident and motivated Team Leader to lead a production line within a busy operation based in Markham Vale, S44.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, driving production performance and making sure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be joining a varied operation working across household products, cleaning products, OTC pharmaceutical products and temporary cardboard retail displays for major supermarkets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for leading a production line and supporting your team across a busy production and fulfilment environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll keep your team focused on daily targets, quality standards and customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading and managing a production line to achieve daily targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading, motivating and supporting production teams</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing teams working across household, cleaning and OTC pharmaceutical products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the production and preparation of temporary cardboard retail displays</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring retail displays are built correctly and meet customer specifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating the on-site stocking of completed displays ready for delivery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maximising productivity and minimising downtime across the production line</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring production performance against KPIs and targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating agency and permanent workers effectively</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring products and displays meet required quality standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene and GMP</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using internal systems to monitor performance and maintain records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the training and development of new starters</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting return-to-work meetings where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting disciplinary processes when necessary</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with audits and continuous improvement projects</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re looking for a confident people leader who can thrive in a fast-paced production environment and keep teams focused on achieving targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll ideally have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as a Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader or Production Supervisor</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience leading a production line or team within a manufacturing environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, retail fulfilment, packaging, warehouse or production environments</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and people-management skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing teams against KPIs and production targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to organise people and workload effectively</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail, particularly when working to customer specifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An understanding of Health & Safety, GMP and workplace hygiene standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and organisational skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive approach to problem solving</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A genuine interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiency</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within FMCG, household goods, cleaning products, pharmaceuticals, packaging, retail displays or supermarket supply chains would be advantageous, but is not essential.</p>
