Lactalis cherche un(e) chargé(e) RH polyvalent(e) pour gérer l'administration du personnel et la paie d’un périmètre d’environ 150 salariés au sein de la Direction RH France, Laval.
Vous serez l’interlocuteur(trice) des salariés et managers sur les questions RH et contribuerez à des projets internes (procédures, harmonisation des process, automatisation). Poste en CDI à temps plein avec intégration et perspectives d’évolution.
