Job Description & Overview
Busch Group recherche un Responsable RH pour accompagner les managers, piloter la gestion opérationnelle des ressources humaines et veiller à l’application des procédures RH au sein du périmètre. Vous contribuerez à la planification des effectifs, à l’évolution des compétences et à la amélioration continue desprocess RH.
Le poste nécessite un Bac+4/5 en RH et au moins 5 ans d’expérience; une compétence en anglais est exigée et une ouverture à l’international est souhaitée.
