Key Responsibilities:

• Fee Earner/Workload Organisation- including deadline and reminder management
• Preparing correspondence (including standard letters)
• Typing audio and copy
• Client billing/e-billing
• Liaising with clients and attorneys
• Preparing, editing and finalising documents
• Watch notices

Person Specification:

• Experience as a trademark legal secretary / trademark assistant
• Knowledge of Inprotech is an asset
