You'll receive hands-on training and support from experienced consultants, alongside a £28,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and regular opportunities to progress based on your performance. THE ROLE - Generate new business through outbound sales and cold calling. - Build strong relationships with clients across the UK. - Source, screen and interview candidates for specialist roles. - Manage the full recruitment process, from winning vacancies to negotiating offers. - Develop your own specialist market and work towards individual and team targets.
