Transport Coordinator
Job Description & Overview
We are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to efficiently and effectively assist the Transport Manager to organise all customer deliveries and collections. The transport coordinator will enjoy working collaboratively with the Customer Service Team and Depot Managers, to ensure all orders are delivered in full on time.
- Utilising transport planning software to calculate delivery loads and route across multiple vehicles and 5 depots across the country.
- Liaising with Depot managers to ensure customer
requirements are met
- Coordinating with Drivers as the main point of contact for any queries
- Adapt to last minute orders and collections
- Comply with all H&S regulations
- Complete daily/weekly reports
Working hours 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekend work
