<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is a leading supplier of modular buildings, site accommodation and high-quality container solutions, and they’re looking for a driven Transport Specialist to support their expanding operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the cost-effective delivery of modular buildings, accommodation units and containers across the UK. From booking haulage to managing project delivery schedules, you’ll ensure customers receive a seamless, efficient service — all while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving mindset.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Booking transport across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective haulage.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating Accommodation Projects in line with project plans and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing customers with ETAs, delivery updates and clear communication throughout.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring haulage partners are safe, reliable and correctly accredited.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing tasks from the transport inbox and completing them within agreed timescales.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with Sales teams regarding order updates and amendments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a flexible, positive approach and delivering work to the highest standard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in transport and logistics</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and customer service skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisation and time-management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident interpersonal skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive, solutions-focused attitude.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and confidently spin multiple plates at once.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll deliver a smooth, well-managed transport-booking experience, keeping customers informed and resolving issues quickly by working closely with hauliers, Sales and Hire teams. Your proactive approach ensures every delivery runs as efficiently as possible.</p>
