<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">We're recruiting for a Transport Supervisor on a temporary basis, with a temp to perm opportunity possibly available for the right candidate. You'll support the smooth running of day-to-day transport operations, ensuring deliveries run safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.</h5>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supervise daily transport activity, coordinating drivers and workload to meet service levels</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure compliance with drivers' hours, tachograph regulations and Working Time Directive (WTD)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage driver brief/debrief, address issues on shift and escalate where needed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with transport team to keep goods moving and resolve delays</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate transport paperwork and records (PODs, incident reports, KPI data)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support vehicle checks/defect reporting and coordinate maintenance needs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a transport supervisor / transport coordinator / transport planning role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of UK transport compliance (drivers' hours, tacho, WTD)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication skills and confidence managing drivers and priorities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable using transport systems and basic admin/IT</p>
