<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing the efficient routing of the fleet across 12 recycling centres and 4 transfer stations throughout Nottinghamshire</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing and updating driver rotas to meet service</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements and operational changes</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) compliance, investigating and actioning any infringements</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Scheduling vehicle servicing, MOT and LOLER inspections to ensure continuous fleet compliance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance paperwork and drivers' hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting vehicle gate checks and driver worksafe observations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Delivering toolbox talks and safety alerts to the driver team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting daily driver debriefs and undertaking investigations using internal systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out regular weekly site visits to allocated transfer stations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced transport or logistics environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong working knowledge of transport legislation including EU Drivers' Hours, WTD and tachograph management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full, clean driving licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing Category C and C+E drivers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven ability to manage fleet compliance and vehicle maintenance scheduling</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining accurate transport records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Category C+E (HGV Class 1) licence desirable</p>
