<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day Shift: £20.33</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Afternoon Shift (20% premium): £24.40</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night Shift (35% premium): £27.45</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £30.50</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime 2 (Sundays): £40.66Shift Timings:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Days: 08:00 - 16:00 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00 - 12:30 (Fri)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Transportation & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of domestic and international transport operations, ensuring the timely and compliant movement of parts, kits, and finished goods. The role acts as a key liaison between carriers, customers, warehouse operations, and international suppliers to maintain service levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage transportation compliance activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of freight booking systems, transportation management platforms, and SAP.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing international shipping documentation and export compliance processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to prioritise multiple tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.</p>
