Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We're partnering with an established Irish technology company that is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of its demand generation strategy and help build a predictable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

The opportunity

This isn't a marketing operations role.

We're looking for someone who can determine who to target, how to reach them, what messaging will resonate and how marketing can turn that engagement into qualified sales pipeline .

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and Sales to develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy targeting enterprise organisations.

You’ll have genuine ownership - from defining ICPs and target accounts through to designing campaigns, measuring conversion and understanding what's actually contributing to pipeline.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and execute the company's B2B demand generation strategy .
• Define and refine ICP, segmentation, personas and target accounts .
• Build integrated campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, outbound, content, webinars, events and partnerships .
• Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
• Work closely with Sales to identify pipeline gaps and create campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for different industries, personas and use cases.
• Test new channels, campaigns and propositions and use performance data to continuously improve results.
• Own marketing pipeline targets and understand conversion throughout the funnel.
• Measure and communicate campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Help build a repeatable demand generation engine that can support the company's continued growth.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have 5+ years’ experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing , with strong hands‑on experience in demand generation.

We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

• A track record of generating qualified pipeline , not simply leads or engagement.
• Experience marketing complex B2B technology to enterprise customers .
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, ABM and integrated campaigns .
• Experience defining ICPs, personas and target‑account strategies.
• A strong understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales and revenue .
• The ability to develop messaging for senior enterprise decision‑makers.
• A commercial, analytical approach to campaign performance and ROI.
• The confidence to work closely with senior leadership and challenge existing thinking.
• The ability to be both strategic and hands‑on .

Experience within customer experience, analytics, AI or adjacent enterprise SaaS would be particularly interesting, but isn’t essential.
