We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, privately-owned financial services business based in Central Hertfordshire. You'll be joining a close-knit team of five and playing a key role in the administration and processing of investment and life products for private clients.

The Role

Key responsibilities include

Processing investment transactions, redemptions and transfer outs

Supporting daily dealing activities and trade execution

Administering dividends, maturities and stock movements

Conducting stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Processing ISA-related transactions

Supporting structured products and life assurance bond administration

Liaising with providers, counter-parties and internal departments

Ensuring FCA and regulatory compliance

requirements are met

Producing management information and reporting

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience administering investment and/or life assurance products

Experience gained within a regulated financial services environment

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work accurately within tight deadlines

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
