• Independently manage a childcare caseload, including public law cases
• Represent children, parents, and local authorities across all stages from instruction to final hearing
• Handle care proceedings and adoption matters; may include private law children matters
• Demonstrate strong advocacy and knowledge of the Legal Aid system
• Collaborate with a forward‑thinking firm to support career development initiatives

• 3+ PQE
