Job Description & Overview
Watford Grammar School for Boys is seeking to appoint a new Resident Site Manager to maintain and develop the school's facilities, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment that supports high-quality teaching and learning.
You will lead the site team and contractors, manage day-to-day operations, planned and reactive maintenance, oversee statutory compliance, and work with SLT and other stakeholders to protect premises and deliver on estates projects.
