Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Processing of Prescriptions/Registrations and also helping with any other administrative tasks
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
