Vna Driver

IRD Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Drivers for immediate starts with our client based in Chalton, Bedfordshire.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who hold a valid, externally obtained VNA forklift licence and are happy to support with general warehouse duties when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work within a busy warehouse environment, offering competitive hourly rates and excellent overtime opportunities.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30

Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:30

Hourly Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour

Overtime: Enhanced rates of up to £30.00 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Operating VNA forklift trucks safely and efficiently.

Picking, moving and replenishing stock within warehouse racking systems.

Loading, unloading and relocating goods as required.

Supporting general warehouse operations when not operating the forklift.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Following all site health and safety procedures.

Candidate

Requirements

Valid, externally obtained VNA forklift licence – essential.

Previous experience operating a VNA forklift truck.

Willingness to undertake general warehouse duties.

Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of health and safety.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Available for an immediate start.
