<p class="text-muted mb-3">Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Driver to join a well- established and busy distribution centre based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is confident operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift and is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be joining a friendly and professional warehouse team, supporting the day-to-day movement, storage and organisation of stock within the distribution centre.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a VNA Driver, your main duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operating a VNA forklift within a busy warehouse and distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving pallets and stock to and from designated storage locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Placing and retrieving pallets from high-level racking.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and replenishing stock as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring goods are stored accurately and securely.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following warehouse procedures and health and safety regulations at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out daily checks on the VNA truck and reporting any defects or issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with warehouse colleagues to maintain an efficient operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Meeting productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high standards of safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing any additional warehouse duties as required by the management team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered for this position, you must:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have previous VNA driving experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hold a full, in-date VNA licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be confident operating a VNA truck at height and within narrow warehouse aisles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be reliable, punctual and committed to your working hours.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be able to work effectively as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be available to start ASAP.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The standard working hours are:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a consistent weekday shift, making the role suitable for candidates looking for regular working hours without weekend work.</p>
